Here are a few things that I’ve forgotten to mention in the past few weeks.
(Prepare yourself, TONS of drool worthy food ahead).
Up in Pittsburgh there is this really awesome coffee shop called The Coffee Tree Roasters. Local only to the natives of Pittsburgh this place is the perfect place to relax with delicious coffee (unlimited refills wooo!) as well as picking up some of the freshest roasted whole bean. They source their beans from a local roast master just a few miles down the road.
I was able to pick up some Sumatra to bring home. Super smokey and intense!
Super awesome pasta dish Chris whipped up.
Whole wheat pasta, sauteed garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, and, large amounts of feta cheese.
Guess what else we made?
THINGS WITH CURRY.
Quinoa, black beans, broccoli, zucchini, water chestnuts, carrots, and sugar snap peas, with pan-friend tofu in a curry sauce.
(The excessive amount of siracha which followed isn’t pictured!)
Huzzah for creativity in the kitchen!
